J&T is worst in terms of delivery when instructions was stated to deliver on weekdays, but some deliveries were attempted on Sat 11+pm. App is useless as can't even register

Trash app, courier doesn't come for a week, contacted customer service numerous times always said "will tell them to collect tdy" but still never show this is such a bad experience, buyer is angry thinking I scammed him so decided to cancel and book a different courier, the courier came the next day and collected already but this jnt still have not refunded my money for my cancelled order don't even know if this app is real or a scam, but they took my money
