★★★★★ I don't know if this is free to send a message to my boyfriend but I have to try before its to late because theres so many important things I have to tell him and I can't without money and it sucks that u can't talk to someone u love without paying a dime out of ur pocket with money don't have I just think they make an app so u can talk to a inmate without paying a dime

★★☆☆☆ It isnt letting me get past the review once i write my letter and put in my card info it wont even let me click on the check mark to send it... When i tried contacting support it too wouldnt lwt me contact them. Sooo not sure if this is a scam prank or what..

★★☆☆☆ I paid to have a bunch of pictures mailed and they were returned to me by the post office because they needed postage added I attempted to email the company and all emails are undeliverable saying it's incomplete I paid to have a service done not to have to do it myself I could have kept my money

★★☆☆☆ Went through all the registration and set up to then have the app just stop, couldn't finish sending my pictures or email. Jpay is way better just wish you could send pics through them.
