Consistently blocks me out due to "unauthorized" attempts. I have to change my password on a regular basis to be able to log in. Sometimes it tells me that my account does not exist when I try to change password. The video visits are often cut early and they will double charge you for visits when you schedule it again after they tell you it is not scheduled. If it is the only way to contact your friends, you really have no choice but to use it, if you do have a choice stay away from this scam.

You suck! Cant upload license and wont verify my number on the app. Hate that we have to go through these stupid issues to send money or video chat with a loved one.

Not User Friendly at all. There is an absolutely No Refund policy. Do not even ask IF you reach someone. A lot of jails use this app they also Still require a Call to an 800 number to add funds to YOUR phone number so your loved one can call you. THEY also need funds in the tech account to call or text you. So you're charged Twice for one call. Text messages are $0.50 each. Both directions. You are charged the $5 video fee weather or not it is approved. Biggest issue is equipment failure at the facility you get charged for anyway. Your verified and approved visit fails to register at the facility (Its already been charged). No Refunds. What a money maker. My biggest issue is the lack of reliability in this system. It Might work for you if you give it time. Why they say to log into the video 2 minutes early I have no clue. It tells you right away your To Early to log in. If your a minute late? Its too bad, you're just out those minutes. They cut the feed on the dot.
