Very third class service provide by Jay khodiyar bus Management. Recently I booked bus from surat but without any reason they cancel my ticket Such a very bad experience.

I have travelled Pune to Surat and back to Pune on 24th and 25th Nov. I have booked their buses as they were showing washroom facility in their buses. While going to Surat they called and informed that the bus is under breakdown, so they have transferred me to another bus but not having washroom. While returning the same thing happened, I got the bus but without washroom. I have booked my return journey by paying Rs. 1000.00 more for washroom. They are not replying to mail also. Rude behavior

Don't ever go in this bus, they cancel your booking last minute and adust any other bus of their choice of seat.
