I am sorry to say that earlier this app was working fine till September 2021 but since October 2021, It is not generating electricity bill. The developer of this app must look into the matter.

Sometimes it works sometimes don't . In September I easly generated my electricity bill successfully. But in October month I tried so many times but it's uploaded the capture bill successfully but can't generate electricity bill . Don't understand why is this problem with this application or problems with JBVNL server (internet problem) problem. Please fix this bug or error . So we can generate electricity bill on time and Pay it on time .

Unable to view the generated bill in JBVNL desktop site. Hence I am skeptic of making the payment as I fear it may land into oblivion and the old age cycle of making trips to Bijli office will commence. 24 hrs have passed since bill generation yet no visibility in desktop site. Update 26.10.21 Now the app has stopped working.

Worst app ever downloaded. App doesn't work at all. It even won't open leave alone meter reading. Understandable... Jharkhand govt officials made it and maintaining it.
