The online app. Works great BUT JDB electronic payment is not available in many stores and shops in Vientiane. Not like another bank..... Please expand this service.

If Anyone encounters problem launching the app version 4.9.2.... Here is a quick fix. Go to app Settings. Go to privacy... In permission manager choose Camera... Allow jdb yes app. Done. When you open the app you will be prompted with face recognition, follow all the instructions... Done.

Not all types of phone can use the QR scanned. Some of the phone is not clear in the screen. And can't be used the JDB yes app. Before the loca app also the same, after updated all phone can use. Waiting for JDB yes app update, I will clear this after updated. Thank you so much

I can't log in by email an error forced me for use another method to receive otp. The problem I'm abroad and can't get otp via sms because lao sim card isn't work other countries!!! Chat with support in app useless and nobody replies
