I think the JJMF app should include an option to submit complaints or reports, because the bus timings shown in the app often differ from reality—buses frequently arrive very late. In my opinion, adding this feature would be better; alternatively, if you choose not to add it, please correct the incorrect timings currently displayed in the app.

Bus tracking is good, but please add the bus route information (from and To), so can users can easily know village city the bus is coming form and where it is going.

I am not able to book my bus. I wanted a bus from maharani circle-Bedeshwar mahadev mandir/Govt. Polytechnic Jamnagar. The stops are available too and routes are also there. I checked the navigation, there are plenty of buses but in the app, I can't even select the stops and destination because even the names of these stops are not showing in selection menu. At the end, I request for a direct bus route from Maharani circle or Dig jam circle To Govt. polytechnic Jamnagar through Saru section.

Not proper maping, no scanning from conductor device of qr coded ticket, not book ticket for mor than 1 person. I booked a ticket from pancreatic to hapa in Jamnagar, ticket show supermarket in place of hapa. How can I travel.
