Offered me discount to rate the app then asked me to change my rating from 4 to 5 to get the discount despite my complaint and application issues, despite the rare chances to get OTP during registration, what a joke!

JT NY offers a truly reliable and professional experience. The vehicles are always clean, the drivers are respectful, and the service is punctual and smooth. Even during busy and crowded times, everything runs seamlessly. A great choice for comfort, safety, and peace of mind. Highly recommended! really I like 👍

Doesn't allow to register using my mobile no, and on trying another suddenly gives error, plus the first no has never been used before, on trying to register it gives already registered, on trying forgot password gives not registered, so the same no is registered and not registered ay the same time ! If the registration is not working then what would be the rest of the app look like :(

Tried to sign up but the registration process is a mess!! I can't add my address in text or add location manually. A red pop up always appears asking to reduce characters below 150 which are already below 50 !!! How can we trust you ?!! Sign up aborted !!

Fell apart at first ride. I check the cost of the ride turned out to be EGP 335, I charged my wallet with the amount, by the time I went back to schedule, which was 2 minutes later it came to 442, then the app crashed, It wouldn't let me add more money to the wallet, nor schedule the ride. I called customer service n sent to the chat service, it's been an hour now with no solution, zero help.
