★★☆☆☆ Terrible sign up process where you have to have a contract with them first. It's a difficult and confusing process. Not to mention the only language supported is German so good luck if you don't have help from a native speaker. For such a large company you'd think they'd hire someone with half a brain to review their user experience and implement BASIC functions like translations and a normal sign-up process.
