Really bad experience using this app. Been a member for almost three years now, and they never gave me the so-called birthday loyalty points, even though I know they know my birthdate, since Kill star sends me birthday e-mails. I entered my birthday twice, they make it really difficult to find where even to enter your birthdate on your profile. Kill star also really declined in quality, as an aside. Just an overall disappointing experience.

I just LOVE it when companies have a perfectly working app and website then switch them out for something completely subpar. The new app and website are not fit for purpose, and I am constantly running into technical issues across the new website and app. Senseless changes like this make me not want to shop with Kill star despite being almost in the top tier of the loyalty program aka a big spender at this store. LUSH lost a lot of my custom too when they made their website practically unusable.

Gave the new app a few weeks to work out the issues. Just reinstalled and issues are still there. Only gives the UK as an option which deletes your entire saved wishlist and shopping cart. It does save your points which is good. Contacted customer care but they're done seem to care at all. Not sure why they felt it was necessary to give it an update when the update isn't even that noticeable. 🤔

Was a fantastic online store... Until this terrible kill star eu update.... Cant get on the site at all. Shame, as ive purchased a lot from them. (good for my purse I suppose)
