I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about this app, and I did try to register to this app because I want to book for my future rides. For my experience, the registration process was okay for me (a bit more complex, but it was like registering for TNG app) and for the booking process it's similar with the old app, and I didn't have any trouble with it so far as my future tickets were confirmed. Overall, good app but still can do more improvement with the document process duration. 😁

The worst apps&suck system that I ever used, even worse than the previous apps, don't see any upgrades from previous apps. 1. Wallet top-up with sufficient funds, but unable to utilize and has to use credit card to purchase ticket.2. System took too long to proceed to payment page, and with alot of unclear instructions which made user confusing.3. Apps to hang, lag and unable to log in during heavy transactions. 4. Apps&website is not synchronize, fund top up in apps cannt use it website.

Ridiculous app. Asked me to take a selfie for verification, but the button doesn't even work. Because of that I can't complete my KYC registration.
