I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about this app, and I did try to register to this app because I want to book for my future rides. For my experience, the registration process was okay for me (a bit more complex, but it was like registering for TNG app) and for the booking process it's similar with the old app, and I didn't have any trouble with it so far as my future tickets were confirmed. Overall, good app but still can do more improvement with the document process duration. 😁

Ridiculous app. Asked me to take a selfie for verification, but the button doesn't even work. Because of that I can't complete my KYC registration.

I'm curious today buy shuttle terbau people who can use kits style completely and buy the whole monthly ticket？every single step are loading in circles payment need pin code then loading and loading, if in old app KTM wallet we already can buy completely 10 days in few minutes click, BUT THIS KITS STYLE APP are testing your patience get 1-day tickets use 3~4 minutes, very, very ridiculous.
