Installed new update today per app instruction. The updated app now stalls after my biometric login. Got app to work after first cancel biometric login. After login manually app works normally.

My phone can run Pokémon Go with Bluetooth connected peripherals with no issue. There's no reason I should be having a difficult time navigating this app through 2 screen I need to update my glucose reading for the day, let alone having so much issue even logging in.

This app works for a day or two before it stops syncing with my glucose meter. I had to delete my meter and reinstall it, then it worked for two days before giving me trouble again.

Today, it's giving me a message that it wants me to uninstall the One Touch app. This is unacceptable! I've had these 2 apps working together for 8 months now. All I had to do is force stop the Health Ally app after use, and they play fine together. You need to fix this message on your end! Update: This app was updated, and the message is still not dismissable. Let me make it clear. Between the 2 apps, I'll uninstall this one before I'll uninstall the One Touch app.

First review was one star: Extra slow. Crashes constantly. Doesn't reliably connect to meter. Worst piece of digital garbage I have ever used. Stress of using it is itself raising my glucose levels. Update 7/20/24: Finally someone fixed most of the bugs. Update 6/23/25 refuses to sync some readings. Do not recommend it.
