Android phone Problem: it autosigned me off within seconds after logging in after requesting test results or messages. Restarting the phone didn't help. Reinstalling the app didn't help. Solution: go to phone Settings, then Apps, KP Washington, Storage, then Clear Cache and also Clear Data. That allowed me to again read messages, test results, and other functions, so I'm once again happier with the app than the browser website. In WA, must install "KP Washington" app, NOT "Kaiser Permanente" app

Update: Thankfully, the developer has reverted this change and the app functions as expected again! App no longer allows me to access anything because of this and is effectively broken. It's such a minor inconvenience that I'd just rather use the website with my "third-party keyboard". -- Works fine for months, and then breaks for no reason. Refuses to allow "third-party keyboards," meaning Swift key (owned by Microsoft) is apparently some massive privacy risk but only to this one app. 👍

The app worked great...for about a month. Now when I sign in, it displays the homepage, but when I tap anything to start using it, the whole thing logs me out without fail. How am I supposed to rely on this? It doesn't help that all the people answering the phone try to shove the idea of using this useless app down my throat when I call in.

Unable to do anything on the app. Automatically logs you out. I rely heavily on using the member portal to communicate with my PCP and my kids' pediatrician due to my own work hours within Kaiser. As much as Kaiser has pushed for digital communication with lack of access, a working app would be nice.

This app logs you out any time you try to select any option on the home screen. It will alert you to changes to your account but will not let you do anything about them. Completely unusable.
