★★★★★ It would be very helpful to have a column for cleared checks next to checks issued and automatic withdrawal. Especially helpful when closing one account, opening another at the same time as automatic withdrawals are pending, AND having to get a new phone which doesn't function the same way an iPhone does. Not to mention new debit and credit cards. It has all been overwhelming. I expected people to be more helpful and knowledgeable. Help was basic. I expected Above/beyond. Getting too big?

★★☆☆☆ Latest version of check deposit is full of errors. App crashed several times and never showed the backside photo of the check, even after accepting it. I thought the last version was bad, but this is nearly unusable!

★★☆☆☆ Out to get you at every turn to gouge every penny you have. I had to threaten to sue to finally turn off overdraft protection (their best method of profiting off the poor.) Know what they did? Blocked the overdraft and still charged me the $32 fee. I should go to court honestly.
