Terrible, they don't care! Over an hour late, app still says 'Preparing' calling the shop they say 10 minutes every time. 40 minutes later still nothing after calling 3 times. Do not use, I wanted to support local stores but if you actually want food delivered use Uber eats or Just eat. (This was Smashes maybe other places on this app will be decent).

App good for local takeaways. However, I have tried to pay for my takeaway with 2 different payment cards, both with money on them, to no avail! Shocking that as of today 3 January, no response! Lost my custom.
