OK app. Very frustrating as doesn't always sync properly and won't show either sleep data or heart rate data and no amount of refreshing will get it to work, so you just have blank days. I came here to see if it needed updating but nope. It's easy to use, and I like the fact it's superfast and easy to change watch face, but that's about it. The watch was a gift, and I love the look of it, but I'm going to go back to using my fitbit versa as I like knowing my heart rate and sleep data.

I've had this for just a few days, and already I'm disappointed. I do a 25-min workout and when I press stop recording it tells me there is too little data to save! On a 2-hour hilly cycle ride, it tells me I've burned 25kcal, exactly the same amount as it recorded for a 20-min ride. All my profile info is correct. There are only 6 watch faces to choose from and my phone notifications only go off when I'm within very close range of my phone....what's the point?

Nothing working except heart rate monitoring. No steps, sleep or anything else 😒 have tried resetting it all but still doesn't work
