PRE-JOURNEY PLANS (PJP)
Plan your journey and mark your attendance on a daily basis. Perform the following tasks and update the collected information to the Head Office using MITRA:
a. Book Orders: Book orders for retailers/dealers from product list.
b. Scan Inventory: Scan code or manually enter Warranty data of products at dealer/distributor to calculate the inventory.
c. Collection: Notify the HO on receipt of cheque collections made
d. Competition Sales: Update information about competitor’s sales (discount/offers) in market
e. Competition Schemes: Update information about competitor’s new schemes (discount/offers) in market.
f. Dealer Profile: Edit profile information and status of dealers marketing activities on a monthly basis.
g. Shelf Visibility: Record information about visibility of products on the dealer’s/distributor’s shelf for all brands.
