Got advised to try using the app instead of calling to book and paying cash, so I tried it. Added the usual pick-up stop I make, and it gave me a reasonable fare estimate. They sent a 7-seater which I didn't need, so am not sure if they charged extra for it, and after driving off it seems they charged 20% above what I usually pay - including a mandatory "service charge". Definitely wouldn't bother with the app- as it's more expensive and gives you less control over what you pay.

Not effective. Either none available despite taking payment. Amount quoted isn't what you will pay. Mine quoted 4.80 but took 6.80 payment to then say nothing available
