Fantastic app. I've been following Nanny Louenna's advice since my daughter was 6 weeks old. She was sleeping through 7pm-7am by 9 weeks old and has done ever since (now 9 months old) thanks to the routines. Extremely dangerous advice! A lot of the advice goes against NHS and WHO guidance, and is frankly dangerous in nature.

Dangerous advice - please do not follow the advice on this app. A lot of goes against the World Health Organization and NHS advice. It is dangerous to wrap babies in multiple blankets and to use cot bumpers. These increase the risk of sudden infant death syndrome. Exclusively breastfed babies should be fed on demand not on a schedule. Frankly a 4 hourly schedule for a breastfed baby is dangerous and could result in large weight loss or failure to thrive.
