It's a work in progress. Workouts need descriptions, so ppl can know if they are capable of doing them. I have a bad knee and back and can't do certain things. You also have to pay for certain workouts. The watch ad to do 1 day option isn't working. Fix bugs and give more comprehensive description of what workouts entail, and you'll have a great app.

I want to use this but when I select to watch an ad to unlock day one of a workout it doesn't track my ad watching and just says to watch an ad again over and over
