The door works great, the pet collar works, app not so much. Now when you go to change the settings for the collar, the button sits over thr controls to open the door. Now It's very difficult to open the collar setting without opening the door in the new app version. Collar sensitive is bad. Lowest setting, dog has to be right in front of antenna, Lvl2 door opens 15 feet away. Update: apps has been fixed, works great now

The app is quick and no nonsense, I use the Smartly for my sliding door, and it works great with all 3 of my dogs of various sizes. Shout-out to the support team for their prompt responses to my concerns which turned out to be user error. Widgets would be a welcome addition to this app for added convenience.

Worked amazingly for about 10 mos. Then started getting "stuck" and not recognizing where it was stopped. Tried everything. Uninstaller, reinstall, clear cache, etc. Now we just keep it unplugged because the slide won't move. It's stuck all the way right (open). For the price I feel like we should have gotten more than a year from it. Would not recommend unless they make the warranty longer or there were new brands on the market.
