I am a pet sitter & pet owner. I like the fact you can rebook for clients & send them a booking request. Improvements needed: 1) Have to re-enter search criteria each time you view a pet sitter then try to go back to the search results! Tedious! Clients will not bother & will go somewhere else. 2) Can't send videos to clients, only photos! I use another app to send them. Inefficient! 3) Total booking cost to client is not visible to me in settings. Unprofessional & embarrassing.

I was happy with mad paws when I 1st used their app as I found a great dog sitter for my puppy. Now that my sitter has taken a break and gone travelling I had to look for another sitter. Several times I messaged different sitters trying to line up a meet and greet but not one of them ever got back to me. A little annoyed and disheartened, I haven't used mad paws since.

After entering my address and dates the search results are far too broad bringing up hundreds of sitters, who aren't actually available, not sorted by location or price. As a pet owner need to message each one

This app has so many bugs but ultimately won't let me delete my account which is resulting in many per owners messaging me and wasting both their time and mine. I have tried to contact Mad Paws but their in-app help is useless, and I haven't got a reply. On top of all that, I went into my profile to remove the services I provide so that I stop getting messages but every time I leave the settings page they all switch back on.

This app puts all liability on the pet owners. I had to cancel going away plans the night before I intended on leaving when the sitter failed to confirm handover details and stopped responding to my messages. Not only did I have to cancel my trip but the app kept half the money I paid up front for the booking. I like the idea of this app, but it puts too much risk on pet owners. Don't recommend at all
