My experience at Marlowe's at the Waterford Lakes location was nothing short of outstanding! I am a regular customer because of the way I am treated from the moment I walk in until I leave. I was in this weekend and, as usual, the food was excellent, and the staff was amazing. I choose Marlowe's over every restaurant in Orlando because of the quality of food, the Service and care of the employees, managers, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The managers meet and greet the patrons.

The grief is overwhelming and Dr. Orders me out of bed and out of the house... I gotta eat. So I head to my local spot, Marlow's Tavern, for my favorite Tavern burger, w Provolone cooked medium with Asparagus Fries. Thank you so much for taking care of me, Marvin, and Matt 🫶 The management staff, as well as the service, is outstanding. The food is amazing. Since losing my husband a few months ago, it's too difficult to cook for one. Forcing myself out is a challenge, but once I walk in, I feel 💖

I am having difficulty ordering through the app. I get to search for a store, but then it asks me to hold a button to prove I'm a human. I hold it and all it does is reload the page...

Very poor app. Doesn't provide adequate prompts via mobile. Help text is inaccurate. Wish Marlow's would bring back their Email engagement. Love the chain. Mobile app - Not so much.

The only reason I installed this app rather than going to the Marlow's website was in the hope that it would let me order online. It does not, ergo it is useless to me and gives me nothing I would want over and above the normal website. Even the menu isn't built in and just redirects to the website.
