Staff told me thst I can't redeem the chicken on my birthday they say I have to buy something first, after I bought something the time to redeem my chicken already ended so yeah. And the machine is not working to do payment, so I just cancel everything

Always asking for OTP just to log in. It’s frustrating to receive and enter an OTP every single time I open the app. Please improve the login experience—shouldn’t need OTP for every login!

Smelly smell inside the chicken and very poor quality fries. The only gud smell only come from the skin of the chicken, after the skin, the meat inside u definitely will feel a very bad smell. Afterward, the fries, I have never seen a fast food brand provide this kind of poor quality fries, u can feel the bite like you're eating sth composed by plastic, u certainly won't feel you're eating a fry made by potato.
