Always asking for OTP just to log in. It’s frustrating to receive and enter an OTP every single time I open the app. Please improve the login experience—shouldn’t need OTP for every login!

Smelly smell inside the chicken and very poor quality fries. The only gud smell only come from the skin of the chicken, after the skin, the meat inside u definitely will feel a very bad smell. Afterward, the fries, I have never seen a fast food brand provide this kind of poor quality fries, u can feel the bite like you're eating sth composed by plastic, u certainly won't feel you're eating a fry made by potato.

Worse than wholefood or any other food delivery app. Firstly there's another order for dine in, out of sudden in my acc after I ordered for delivery (which I did not make) tried to call the branch. No, it's unavailable. Second, Received my delivery order, paid for it for RM21, but there's no chicken in my Buber. Again. No where to call or report because there's literally no option given for users to even contact them. What about the RM21 for Buber kosong I just received?

Worst App Ever, if You not sincerely giving any Voucher just Don't. Every time I'm Purchasing using App And claiming voucher, there's always error on Cashier during Key in My Order like The Voucher was Not Valid. Also Disappointed with The Method To asking Cashier scan Barcode for Points Collection, why Don't you did it Automatically added after The Orders Completed. Learn from the others merchant apps like Zus coffee.
