I found issues using the speaker and connectivity problems prior to downloading the Multi~Room App. Now I can use my ANC headphones and MIDs while both are connected. Just give it a learning curve and give it a study. I just learned that there is Radio stream through the app, and you can listen to your favorite radio stations. Just give it a chance and learn the app! Good stuff, I was frustrated at first but am super impressed now that I learned the functions.

Loosing connection, many radio stations not available, list not complete, no timer or sleep option, changing eq settings by itself, unreliable, takes a lot of time again and again, spotify only with premium... in this version still very bad.

The problem so complicated that Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (BT), cable & google home app all has it's owned issues. In BT, the speaker app won't play my song except only radio listening. In Wi-Fi & cable, It plays my songs on the phone app but volume is constantly jump to low even adjust from knob or marshall app. Speaker has it own mind. Support has been kind by giving reasons. But I just want a speaker that works without having a degree. Few cheaper spk play fine, so whose fault or that's RMA repacked?
