Difficult getting parcels delivered to shops near me

I had a very disappointing experience with my last consignment. After I changed the delivery point to one closer to me, my package was instead sent to a different address about 8 km away from my home. This lack of communication and consideration for customer convenience is quite frustrating.

Just purely designed to collect your data. There should be no reason to download an app, registering your account with an email, enabling your location and turning on Bluetooth just to fetch a parcel you have paid for delivery-wise. This should be unacceptable, I hope people vote with their feet and boicot Matkahuolto for their malpractice.

Terrible app. Can't pay to change destination of packages that were delivered to wrong location due to error on payment (same on their site). If you want to call it is expensive and by the minute and the customer service live chat will let you type your issue before you realize it is a bot and also asks you do you want to speak to a human, connects you, then says they are closed. Terrible app with no functionality on top of an already terrible delivery company.
