Terrible MEL cloud app. I have been trying to understand for 2 weeks how I can use it for controlling my heating pump unit remotely without success. No manual and no response to Mitsubishi support help (even though I have 2 registered requests pending). I cannot believe a world-wide company like Mitsubishi offering such a junky product. It’s insane and dishonest. I would choose a no star rating, but the minimum rating is a one star. We are being manipulated!!

It works, but could definitely use an overhaul. The UI looks like it was built using JavaScript-based cross-platform technology from 15 years ago. I get logged out every now and then when opening the app. And it's painfully obvious that even on the latest Ninja models, the Wi-Fi is an afterthought. Settings made in the app are not synced to the remote control, resulting in the app showing its settings and the remote showing its settings, and you don't know which ones are the actual settings...

Absolutely useless. New style Wi-Fi adapter with no status leds or mode and reset buttons. Just about impossible to connect to the home Wi-Fi. Even Mitsubishi are stumped at what to do to get it connected. After a full day, exhausted and still not connected. DO NOT PURCHASE THE Wi-Fi ADAPTER IT DOES NOT WORK AND MITSUBISHI CANNOT HELP YOU. You have been warned.
