They are there when you need them. You can pay your bill and if there is a storm all you have to do is look at the app to see if there are outages and where they are. So much better than going outside in the rain to try to find service, so you could report an outage.

Absolutely horrible. I can't even see my farm on the map! My neighbors don't show up at all. I used to be able to zoom in on Google Maps at LEAST enough to see basic details of my farm, & the surrounding general landscape. Now, all I can see are vague generic boxes. No address, NOTHING!!! I wish I could revert to the old version! Monday, I'm making my opinion known to Menard Electric Co-op, & if this was intentional, deleting the app, as a waste of memory, time, & space. What a letdown!
