The Mercedes-Benz Dashcam creates recordings of driving and parking situations. With the Mercedes-Benz Dashcam app, the smartphone can be connected to the camera system via Wi-Fi. As soon as it is connected, you can use the app to change the settings, manage recordings and show the live image. Please note: This application cannot be used with the 21U vehicle-integrated dashcam solution.
Recent changes: With the latest version of the Mercedes-Benz Dashcam app, downloaded recordings are automatically saved in the smartphone and can then be sent from there.

Pretty good. Waiting for the next upgrade to include an opportunity to save in a specific location in Android, as it is possible in IOS. Better option would be a configuration option to permanently set the destination folder. This can be a folder that is autosynced to a cloud location, such as Dropbox.

Does not connect. Very disappointing that Mercedes makes an app that will not work on their new cars. Waste of time

Not great considering it's Mercedes. It constantly tells me when I'm parked that an incident has happened. All this with an icon with a car being hit. It doesn't highlight this incident, so you have to trawl through every video front and back to find out nothing happened. Every time you see this you think the worst. I don't want to have it completely switched off during parking as that's why I spent the extra money on the Mercedes Dashcam. Some improvements are needed, or it's return and replace.

Useless app. No way to export and share Video. Downloading video from dashcam to local phone is very complex. It should be automatic. Its time waster.
