Installed by manufacturer on a Puma 2023. The app itself works well. A bit slow, but maybe that's my network's fault. The issue I'm having is that it keeps forgetting the dashcam itself. I have to manually set up the connection like I did the first time about once/twice a week. My phone remembers the dashcam but the app doesn't. Weirdest thing. Edit: added one star because the support team is great. They deserve some recognition as well

Updated in light of latest release, with updates now a serious leading edge capability and potential market leader. What's new description included above is useful, could perhaps actually be included into the app similar to user manual and would be useful to include storage specification details. Still room perhaps for a voice controlled status check especially now there is the option for continuous video to be on/off, response could also status for other options like collision detection.

Got this dash cam on my new ford puma £500 fitted you have to download the app it was the most un user-friendly app, and you could get a better dashcam off Amazon

Dash cam only records when it detects an impact, if manually triggered it only records for the selected time. No option to have it recording all the time. Also, it's really sporadic connecting to the camera via the cameras Wi-Fi. This is a shame as it's neat install, but it's expensive and pretty much useless.

Cannot update the firmware Gets to 10% then errors. So, no continuous recording. Have to 'start' every 10 mins. Disappointing.

Poor. I can only see videos etc. when in car, it won't connect when away from car. So in other words if car gets stolen I can't access a single thing as I can't view clips due to no connectivity via Bluetooth or to files. I have phoned, I have emailed, and they are only interested in where and when I bought it, although this was included in my email ie just bought and fitted by Ford.
