I'll admit things seemed a little rocky at first. But Meta has a really great support staff that is clearly committed to helping you find quality support that meets your needs. If you can't find a provider in your area, don't get discouraged. Reach out to the meta staff directly. So many providers on the site don't have prices set in stone, they offer discounts and sliding scales for individuals in hardships, and students. The app thought the provider I chose didn't accept my insurance, but she did!

My experience! Meta has been a great experience. The app is easy to follow and with the security of privacy. There are many of counselors to choose from as well as different types of fields they specialize in. They also give you reading material that helps you in all areas of interest and life that one might be facing. With my description of the Meta sight App it would benefit all who are in need of therapy. Therapy is not just for the people who have problems, but for all individuals.

There is NO WAY to get past the location set up. Everything says it can't find provider in that location. Tech support didn't answer

Horrible, wouldn't let me even finish setting up my account. Contacted services and was promised a call back and never did get a call.

Probably a wonderful app if you can afford it. Or find someone that accepts your insurance. Was extremely disappointed to see that none of the providers accept my insurance. Hard enough to find a good therapist with Florida Medicaid as it is, I don't know why I thought an app suggested by my school would be any different.
