★★★★★ What I think about Metro PCS smart ride is because women and some men do not know anything about motors vehicle this is a smart thing to get, and I'm loving it 🥰
★★★★★ Simply love Metro SMART Ride! Had the device/app since 2018 ! It gives me so much info about my car. Lets me know if something is wrong such as 'P Codes'. Low gas mileage, if someone/something is messing around/near my car. The trips etc. Easy to use. I pay $10 month and have Hotspot in the car as well! Would give it 10 stars if I could 😘 Thanks Mr. Developer and the entire Team ❤️
★★☆☆☆ Last month alerts have been delayed or incorrect, like. Low gas on a full tank, trip ended alerts when no one has used car all day etc. As of yesterday it is not updating at all. Tried resetting the device, clearing app data, uninstall and reinstall the app, all did not resolve. It won't even let me remove and readd my vehicle as it thinks it's plugged in despite sitting on my kitchen island now for the last 2 hours. Please fix app issues as the service is useless now, yet I am still paying.
★★☆☆☆ Server error, try again later - consistently shows up when I launch the app. Thinking about discontinuing service (before May 2023) even though you no longer sell the Metro by T-Mobile Smart Ride device. I'll most likely go with Viper Connect. They seem more responsible.
