Und so funktioniert‘s: Kunde bestellt über App unter Angabe wann die Bestellung abgeholt wird. Als Abholort kann ausgewählt werden, ob es in der Abholbox oder im Hauptgeschäft geholt wird. Wird es zur Abholung im Hauptgeschäft bestellt, so kann der Kunde vor Ort entscheiden ob es im Laden oder am Abholfenster geholt wird. Die Vorbestellung wird im Hauptgeschäft automatisch gedruckt und bestätigt sobald angenommen. Der Kunde holt die Vorbestellung zur gewünschten Zeit ab und bezahlt wie gewohnt an der Kasse. Bei Vorbestellungen für unsere grüne Abholbox erhält der Kunde per Email eine Bestätigung und die Abhol-Pin. Hier erfolgt die Zahlung bequem per EC-Karte direkt bei der Abholung.
Vorteile für unsere Kunden: Flexibel via Smartphone-App vorbestellen unter Angabe, was will ich wann wo abholen! Kein langes Warten – Warten war gestern! App-Bestätigung sobald Bestellung eingegangen und angenommen ist. Bezahlung weiterhin vor Ort.
