UI is a bit clunky for modern standards, particularly inputting settings, but everything works well, and you aren't likely to be changing settings often anyway. My main concern about products like this is that you're entirely reliant on the development team keeping the app functioning on newer OSes but 3 years later they still push regular updates so far. I had initial issues setting up, but I realized I was the issue and forgot to disable my VPN...

It was okay until change of broadband provider! It would not recognize Virgin smart hub. They have checked connection, and I have restarted etc. the thermostat just isn't having it.
