★★☆☆☆ Connection time out try again (-9) Connection time out try again (-9) Samsung note 8. If you bought one of these air conditioners, take it back now. You can email them all you want, they won't respond.

★★☆☆☆ need to use older phone. This app has not been updated at all. its so bad my last phone could barely get it to work. also the interface is all out of wack. once you get it working on the older phone and get it connected to your account then you can log in with you newer phone to access it. its still all messed up looking but functional.... for now
