Relatively easy to order, however you're missing the packs... I tired to get a super mighty pack and was surprised it was not an option.

I love the food but this app always leaves me wondering where the tip area is, and I always end up skipping it and checking out then there's no way to add a tip on for the driver while I'm hoping he's not spinning on my food. You got to make that tip box huge, so people can find it. We are at the mercy of the people that deliver our food and whatever they want to do to it if they see no tip

Had my order sent to a different location than the one I placed it for. The employees at the store I went to said it'd been an issue that happened multiple times already that day. Mighty Taco refused to refund me for the order that got sent to the incorrect store by this faulty app. It's a scam.

Can seem to get points if you go to restaurant went to location on Southwestern had no idea how to give me points for my order. Seems like the only way you can get points is to pre-order food.

Food arrived late and cold. Nacho deluxes were so soggy 2 of them were thrown out and the 2 hard shell tacos were flat, I mean flat & so soggy you had to eat them with a fork, could not hold them. The price, it was a waste of money. So sad, this is usually one of my favorite restaurants. And the pop was flat as all the ice melted. We only live 10 minutes max from the restaurant.
