English option would be great. Other banks have this and there is no reason micros can not do the same. Aside from that, no problem with the App

The camera quality of the app doesn't allow to scan qr codes, please fix. I have a Huawei phone. And no it's not a problem of flash, it's a problem of picture quality. UPDATE: ISSUES fixed with the new app

It asks me to update the application, otherwise I can't access my money. I have the latest one available, but it keeps asking me to update it. I am happy that Micros bank is not my main bank.

I am not the latest version of the app and cannot access it since WEEKS. I am on the latest version available on Play Store. I get kicked out immediately after login, if I manage to even get that far. No longer acceptable to be honest

Tried to open a new account two times. A nightmare. Documents not showing, impossible to click on some buttons, overlays not disappearing, operators helpless and finally app crashing. Useless. Going to find another bank! Oh yeah, and the most laughable thing about the app. You can't choose the language yourself. It takes the system language. But then if your system is not in one of the Swiss official language you end up with a half German half Italian UI.... Serious guys? It's 2024. Wake up!!!
