Been a user for over a year, and it was working great, after a recent app update (early June 2025) as data via app has been locked out, and it was strange that you couldn't get the same insights from the app previously on the web portal. The system is great and saved me loads, especially with having two young children. One improvement I would suggest if they had a larger internal coil, so it was ready for a heat pump instead of having a bolt on heat pump plate exchanger

Overall good control and feedback on Mixergy tank. Would like to have some widgets, notifications, data on solar heating, activity log.

Pretty good app overall. I have heat pump source and works well when you've got used to the settings. However, it would be great to see more of a focus on getting the tank settings more tailored to heat pumps. I am not going to keep it at 100% all the time as this defeats the object

The tank itself is excellent, but the app is not, (reviewing after +1 year.) I regularly want to change how my tank is heated (by electric, for a random hour or two on random days). The menu title 'Automatic Schedule Control' doesn't take you to that, I have to go to Tank Settings. Why? Any custom times I set have to be deleted afterward, there is no way to simply disable them. I then have to delete the Power Source times as well, why not build these into one Timer Menu? Improvement recommended.

New build house with this fitted. Can't add tank address, which is the same as the account address, just throws up "an error occurred"and goes no further. Error messages need at least a mild degree of detail to be meaningful in any way.

Disabled the ability to get an overview of power and water consumption which is kind of the point with having a smart boiler. I'd probably not get a tank from this company again because it shows they're a shambles who don't really care about their costumers.
