★★★★★ Juan Perez · Aug 29, 2025

This application comes in handy when there is no one available to help. It has all the information you would need for troubleshooting.

★★★★★ Rick Koester · Apr 12, 2022

Great app for technicians, not meant for homeowners! App tied with training and use of Troubleshooting resources really eliminates the need to clog up tech services phone line!

★☆☆☆☆ Mahammad Ali Shaik · Jun 2, 2022

I raised ticket for the problem on 2 months before indoor ac not working. But till now technical support not came. Worst General service

★☆☆☆☆ Pickle Llama · Oct 9, 2022

Unfortunately, as of Sunday, October 9, 2022, there is no support for Fujitsu's model ASU9RMLQ indoor unit and model AOU24RML1 outdoor unit. It would be very helpful if support could be added for these models! Thanks!

★☆☆☆☆ S.Karthik Chettiyar · Jul 15, 2023

Kindly don't buy a general air conditioner because of their worst third-party service. Within 3 years of purchase, my AC became useless.

★☆☆☆☆ Glen K · Apr 22, 2025

Can't use it. The Fujitsu unit is not supported. Wish the Tech would leave the service manual...
