The setup of a new account does not work when Firefox is set as the default browser. I needed to change the default browser settings to chrome before clicking the activation link that one receives by SMS. What I find a bit of obscure is the fact that I am able to log in with an SMS code as well which (today) isn't security best practice.

This app is unusable. I opened a new bank account and cannot use the sign app. I receive notifications for transactions or login confirmations, but when I open the app, it shows a pending transaction with no option to confirm or accept. Tapping the transaction does nothing. I can't even log in to the Santander banking app because of this. The issue prevents all account access. The developer team must resolve this immediately—this is critical for any banking app.

Useless!!! I have upgraded my phone, and it is impossible to activate this app. The process sends me round in circles back to play store. I'm now stuck in the ridiculous situation of having to use Santander Sign on my old phone should I wish to do any transaction.

If u cannot scan qr code and freeking out. Just do it bigger, much bigger. Only 1 app can be installed.so if I brake my phone. It will be over
