★★☆☆☆ Not user-friendly, no up-to-date basic function if there is a call-in, it won't pop up the call. User have to unlock the phone, open the app, then u can select answer the call or not, so stupid interface.

★★☆☆☆ It has been a great app for users particularly when travelling overseas. It was 11 marks out of ten. However, the new version launched in 15 Nov 2018 brought it down to 3 out of 10. Even the basic dialing out or receiving calls function fails always. As a user I don't understand why HKBN has lunched such a substandard version on 15 Nov 2018. It will be a blessing if they go back to the original version which we love to use.
