Out of all the pawn shops I've been to the customer service is so excellent you'd be you think you are at a five-star hotel great selection better prices and of course they give you the most money for your items than I've ever seen before and the best part is the mobile app you can do anything on there order items make payments, so you don't have to go there physically seriously if you are looking for a good pawn shop well then go to a good one because this is a great pawn shop five-star pawn

I've pawned two laptops there, new ones when I picked them up on one I've noticed two screws missing, and a plastic screw retainer broken, the other after the 2nd pawn it shuts off in the middle of my assignments on it, brand-new laptops, what they are doing is taking parts out and replacing them with worn parts from other laptops, so they can sell them in good condition, therefore my lawyer suggested me have them refund my money for new replacements, or we will sue them.

I added a debit card, and it will not allow me to use. Not to mention it charges you to use the payment feature. Pure garbage!!!

Horrible, this app doesn't use integrity and will deny any responsibility for the business it associates with. Don't use this app!!! The policy information is ambiguous, and it doesn't take accountability for associating with fair-practicing pawn shops. It relinquishes any responsibility for vetting or seeking pawn shops that utilize fair business practices. Overall, it's the pawnshop facility that decides what they will honor as far as the contract. This app is extremely misleading.

I loved this app when I could search this app nationwide for things. I was prompted to add a store to my profile, and now I can only search and see things from that store with no intuitive way to change it back, delete the store, or simply back out to a wider search. Not really a useful app for me anymore, considering the pawn shop I selected near me has its own website I can purchase off of. Pretty bummed out and unsure what to do besides making a new account, unless there's a setting I missed
