I've pawned two laptops there, new ones when I picked them up on one I've noticed two screws missing, and a plastic screw retainer broken, the other after the 2nd pawn it shuts off in the middle of my assignments on it, brand-new laptops, what they are doing is taking parts out and replacing them with worn parts from other laptops, so they can sell them in good condition, therefore my lawyer suggested me have them refund my money for new replacements, or we will sue them.

I currently have stuff in 2 different pawn shops. The mobile pawn app is not allowing me to view both pawn shops only one. Both the pawn shops that I have items in the payment ls up to date. All I get when I try to switch stores an unexpected error. I have tried reaching technical support and had zero luck

I loved this app when I could search this app nationwide for things. I was prompted to add a store to my profile, and now I can only search and see things from that store with no intuitive way to change it back, delete the store, or simply back out to a wider search. Not really a useful app for me anymore, considering the pawn shop I selected near me has its own website I can purchase off of. Pretty bummed out and unsure what to do besides making a new account, unless there's a setting I missed

No longer displays firearms that the store has in stock it will show everything else including what I have on layaway which includes firearms. Totally worthless app.
