The only problem I have had with this app is sometimes it does not record the return ride home when I submit it. On my side it says submitted but Medicare says they haven't received it.

I love that I can submit my billing from the app. Once you get the signature, just confirm the amount of miles, hit submit, and you are done. The only thing I would suggest would to be able to add/edit trips through the app instead of having to call in to do.

Was told I could turn in my trips on here. But I'm not sure how. Does anyone know of a tutorial or video on how to do so. I do it for mileage reimbursement not driving for other people if that makes a difference.

This app is junk at best. When you call support they say the problem is with another department and transfer you with promise they will be on the call with you. They claim to work from home and therefore don't have a supervisor. Somebody fixes this application, so I can get gas reimbursement.

I was instructed to download this app by Medicare. After reading all the reviews I choose not to download this ineffective & unuseful app. With people reporting problems getting payment & not being able to log in, not being able to see trips, & the app wanting total access to my phone, I find that this is NOT an app I'd want to use. If I get frustrated just listening to MARA (which doesn't work either) wasting time with this app won't make life any easier! Thanks, but no, thanks!!!

Crashes constantly, it doesn't allow both insurances for dually insured participants, doesn't set right addresses, sometimes doesn't even schedule all the drop-offs stranding people looking for a way home. It isn't clear to use either. Doesn't give a place to enter an appointment time because it asks for arrival times instead. Is that arrival time to be picked up, or is it the arrival time of the appointment. At least when the app was run and called Logistical, it was clearly easy to use.
