Like how you can use the app instead of having to send the gas reimbursement paper and having to wait 4-6weeks to get the check for the gas reimbursement check. But with the app its 2–3 weeks waiting period.

I love that I can submit my billing from the app. Once you get the signature, just confirm the amount of miles, hit submit, and you are done. The only thing I would suggest would to be able to add/edit trips through the app instead of having to call in to do.

The only problem I have had with this app is sometimes it does not record the return ride home when I submit it. On my side it says submitted but Medicare says they haven't received it.

I use Medicare for my medical transportation to and from my appointments. I book my appointments on like on Medicare's website and this app. However, on July 25, 2023, I booked a ride to go to a medical appointment for Diabetic Shoes. I checked back on their website to check on the upcoming appointment to find out the appointment was denied. I received no email, no phone call and no text message from Medicare informing me of the denial. I do not recommend Medicare for this very reason.

This app is junk at best. When you call support they say the problem is with another department and transfer you with promise they will be on the call with you. They claim to work from home and therefore don't have a supervisor. Somebody fixes this application, so I can get gas reimbursement.
