I like this app but every time I top up using ATM transfer always got problem, always take long time to approve my top-up they said 1 hour but sometimes until 14 hours still not approve yet. I think need to upgrade the service to make it faster.

I hv had few issues with this app. Money deducted, but then status failed, sending money showed completed but recipient never received the money. Even though they managed to settle it but whn its come to urgency... its really troublesome... just now again.... sent money overseas, my money was deducted, but status failed. Sighhhh. They said if due to error money will be refunded in 1-3 wrking days. What is this???
