I just joined up with a new mortgage and one of the selling factors for me was that there was a real focus on having a great digital presence. I have loved the website and also found the app great too. I have an oppo phone was skeptical that I might have some issues as some people seem to have some problem with more famous phones but the functionality here has been faultless. I suppose I also want to point out that I have switched from other digital only banks where I found some of the apps and web aspects pretty lackluster. In this case I am really enjoying the simple interface, the spend tracker and the payee process. Using other banks apps I have found the payee part sometimes very average.

This app has got to be the worst one I've used. It is super buggy and keep telling me "something has gone wrong." I have changed the pin on my credit card and each time I try to use it since I get an error "incorrect pin." I have tried updating the pin again and get a repetitive "something has gone wrong" message. Makes me want to move my credit card elsewhere. If a product is having these many issues it's probably not the best idea to release to the public 😡

Tried several days to run it on my Samsung mobile. It accepted my login details but then kept hanging on a screen with a blurry photo. Never got into the app itself. Tried several times to download it from Apples App Store on my wife's iPhone 6. Download never completed. Please help
