Overall, the robot vacuum and the app works well, but there is one issue that I find inconvenient. When the charging station is unplugged from the power outlet, the robot still slowly discharges its battery while just standing idle. I would really appreciate it if you could add a feature that allows the robot to completely power off or enter a true deep sleep mode when it is not charging and not in use. This would help preserve battery life and improve the overall user experience.

The MOVA LiDAX 1000 Ultra is a reliable mower with good overall cutting performance and a strong app. The work logs are clear, and the wire-free LiDAR/AI setup is convenient for daily use. My main issue is that it sometimes detects obstacles that are not there. The automatic zone setup also needs refinement: it should be more accurate and learn from each mowing cycle instead of feeling static. Good product, but the smart features need better adaptation over time and updates in daily use, too.

I love this app. My robot is the best money I've ever spent. The only complaint I could come up with is that my dog is scared of it, so pet detection never finds my pet. It does however find me. The icon for the pet on your map is a cute little pink pig... so the robot literally goes around finding me and marking my location with a little pig 🫤. Haha cute. My home is spotless all the time, and I rarely need to service it. When it needs something it tells me. It rarely gets tangled.

The app is currently stuck on updating my mova 1000 to 4.3.6_0400, which is not possible due to poor Wi-Fi even when moving the mower inside close to the router. I cannot use any mower feature or config until the update is done. I could not get it to function with clearing cache and reinstalling the app.

App shows robot is cleaning when it's back in the dock. In the maps page it just says loading and is stuck.

Atrocious product and app. Bought Z60 Ultra complete, and I couldn't regret it more. This thing is just a €1200 scam. It took ~10hrs and 4 attempts to scan 90sqm Apartment (my old vacuum robot from 2019 took 40 minutes) you can't edit the map afterward because it's not complete. You can't add another user, despite the option in the app. Adding the vacuum to the new app deletes the map again. Warning!!! Do not buy or return it asap as long as you can.
