I ordered there subscription and never worked. I numerous of times reached out to them to help me out, but all I got was their assistant that was for sale. I had .oney taken out of my accountforvthat subscription when it wasn't authorized. I reached out and Didn't get my refund. From either one of them. I did get I am sorry, but that's it. I do not recommend this company. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this company took me for a ride.

Appalling. I wanted to try the free version before buying the service. I wouldn't waste a cent on this App. Now. If the free App is appalling there is no confidence that the company can deliver at all.

I had an issue installing the application, the options to resolve the issue were to pay another $40 for help or contact customer service in chat. When I contacted in chat they could not access my account because I had not been charged. They told me I would not be charged. I then received a charge. When I asked for a refund, I was told no because it did not fall within their refund policy. When I explained the situation, I was told no. I never used the service, and I was denied a refund.
