★★★★★ Usually this works well for paying for the bus but sometimes when you open the app it gets stuck on the loading screen indefinitely, even if you restart the app or your phone. Kind of weird bug

★★★★★ As a visitor to the city the app was so easy to use to pay transit fares. From our Airbnb in sunset we were able to buy fares without having to find a cash machine and a shop to get change

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work, just shows opening scrolling screen, sucks for visitors trying to get around the city.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work on cellular data, only on Wi-Fi. So basically it is useless when out and about in the city. I don't need a bus ticket when I'm at home!!!

★★☆☆☆ Pos app crashes all the time. Making you vulnerable to tickets from the muni cops.
