App keeps crashing when I try to change childs appointment permissions. Update: Tried deleting and reinstalling, still does exactly the same. You can contact me if you want to look into it, I can live with it. 1-star remains though.

Used Bupa online for years. Was prompted to download the app and couldn't upload a PDF receipt, app simply wouldn't take it. Went back to the website and easily submitted my claim. Rubbish app.

Unfortunately it keeps crashing. Also, it doesn't have a way to send a message to Bupa out of office and my wife is not able to book an appointment for my son.

The app will not allow any receipts for dental expenses to be uploaded. That makes it useless. I have tried taking a photo and uploading a file and nothing works
