Easy accessible to techy people but base on my experience in a lot of clients they can't register because of ID's until now because of old picture/ old ID. I hope that it doesn't need ID in registration. They always compare to others bank that its very easy to other bank. But for me as a techy person it is very easy to use and trusted because its secured when transferring cash.

I've been trying to access my account in china bank through their app. I was initial happy as china bank would be my first Traditional bank (well excluding the acc I had made by my older sister on metro bank), as someone who's in the phase of transitioning from student to adulthood. Always ask me to set up passkey when I have already installed it. And then tells me I cannot proceed because I already have passkey. I cannot use the app. it's useless.

After using the app smoothly for short time it stopped working then I put again my credentials it keeps going back from the start, and it won't proceed to the next step. Always showed your application save, what a hassle and terrible. I want the old app back much easier and not hassle. I need assistance to the app, annoying repeating myself putting my details again and again.
