The app is not user-friendly, after I log in using my password, it forces me to input my 6 digit PIN, then it forces me to keep enrolling a new passkey. I just want to check my account for the first time, but I need to input 3 passwords in total? The IT team of CBC really doesn't know how to be customer friendly.

This app is really horrible for holders of older accounts. I'm trying to help my mom set up her account and her senior ID card doesn't work. My brother who is an account holder also cannot register. Validating accounts through images is not even that reliable and my mom's ID wasn't even stored as account data to begin with. Why can't we supply personal data (birthday, account number, etc.) as a way to validate like some other banking apps? On top of that, the bank office can't help.
