Easy accessible to techy people but base on my experience in a lot of clients they can't register because of ID's until now because of old picture/ old ID. I hope that it doesn't need ID in registration. They always compare to others bank that its very easy to other bank. But for me as a techy person it is very easy to use and trusted because its secured when transferring cash.

This app is a hassle to me. It won't transfer to pay wallets anymore like Gcash or Paymaya. Loading takes two days to a week even if my Wi-Fi is in full strength. Sometimes, my savings account will not appear due to some systems glitch, and you can't do anything about it but to wait until your prior transactions are delayed. I like the old china bank mobile more. This new app is a total disgrace.

Every time this app updates, it always causes problems. Just now after updating again, I can’t even use the QR feature to send transfers! This is so frustrating and disappointing! ! !
