This app is a hassle to me. It won't transfer to pay wallets anymore like Gcash or Paymaya. Loading takes two days to a week even if my Wi-Fi is in full strength. Sometimes, my savings account will not appear due to some systems glitch, and you can't do anything about it but to wait until your prior transactions are delayed. I like the old china bank mobile more. This new app is a total disgrace.

Initial registration for my account went smoothly; however, after I accidentally selected "Lock my CBC" prior to logging in, I lost access entirely. Since then, I have been unable to log back in. I have attempted extensive troubleshooting, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, resetting my password, and trying to log in from another device, but the issue persists. Furthermore, I have contacted customer service multiple times. Although representatives confirmed tha
