I can't access my account through this app even the old app cannot be used, it will always say invalid even the information are correct

It's very hard to use this app. When you need to put otp it will keep on hanging, I need to try alot of times just to be able to transfer one transaction. The old app is better than this. I hope I can still use the old app since its more user-friendly and faster transaction.
